Our Policies

Registration Fee

-A yearly non-refundable fee of $20 per student or $35 for immediate families.

Tuition

This fee is a yearly amount for the total # of classes per year (at least 32) and not on the # of lessons in a single month.

Your choice of payment plans are as follows

  1. One annual payment. (10% tuition discount )
  2. Two semi-annual payments due August 15th and January 15th. (5% tuition discount)
  3. Nine monthly installments, due the first dance class of the month.

(Discounts do not apply to costume, registration, recital fees, or shoes)

A $10 late fee will be added to your account for any payment made after the 15th of the month. Bills are issued only for late payments. (Call for pricing: 887-7250)

Discounts

We offer terrific discounts for siblings and for dancers taking multiple classes.

Costumes & Recital Fees

COSTUME FEES- Costume fees are determined by the number of classes in which a student participates. A $ 60.00 costume deposit is due by October 15th and costume balances are due January 15th.

RECITAL FEES- A recital fee of $20 per family is due with the March tuition payments.
Each family receives 2 free parent’s passes.(Students must have a zero balance in order to participate in recitals.)

REFUNDS AND MISSED CLASSES

*No refunds due to absences, however your child has the option to attend a similar class for make-up. *No refunds on tuition, shoes, or costumes.

DRESS CODE

Only dance attire allowed. Leotards, tights, ballet skirts, jazz pants, or dance shorts.
No baggy shirts. Attire should be somewhat form fitted so we can see body lines.

  1. BALLET SHOES-Pink
  2. TAP SHOES-Preschool-2nd grade wear tan. Teen and adult wear black.
  3. JAZZ SHOES- Black
  4. HAIR- Must be secured off the face in a classical bun or ponytail.
  5. LYRICAL SHOES- Tan foot undeez or paws.

GENERAL RULES

  1. Preschool and kindergarten moms please take your child to the restroom before class to avoid accidents and disruption to class.
  2. Students must wait inside building to be picked up. Parents of younger students must come inside the studio to walk their child to the car.
  3. No food, drinks, or gum in the dance rooms.
  4. No street shoes on dance floors.
  5. Please keep lobby clean and quiet.
  6. Please try to pick students up on time.
  7. If, for any reason, a student must withdraw from dance class, please notify us by phone or note. Otherwise we will continue to bill you.
